Services include portfolio management, tenant retention and re-leasing programs, financial reporting, operational overview, and preventive maintenance systems. PMA does not do third party work in order to focus entirely on the needs of our tenants. PMA currently manages two million square feet in the Baltimore/Washington and greater Philadelphia area.
